Project Dharani was born from a collaboration between the rich musical traditions of India and Africa to Latin jazz. In this acoustic cross-fertilization show, you will be enchanted by the voice of singer Lavanya Narasiah.
Description
The project is inspired by Lavanya Narasiah's 2013 album Dharani (which means land in Sanskrit), which brought together more than 30 musicians from Montreal's world music scene. This show bringing together 6 artists was designed to share pieces from the album while continuing to create new compositions.
